Terms and Conditions | Mr Jones Watches

Cancellation Policy

To return for a full refund, you have 30 days if purchased online, provided it is in the original unworn condition and in its original packaging. After this time we can offer an exchange if your watch hasn’t been worn.

By "original unworn condition" we mean that the leather strap cannot have been fastened, not even once. The leather is permanently marked if the strap is fastened and this means that we must replace the strap before we can retail the watch (so we will deduct the cost of a replacement strap from your refund).

If you have bought your watch in-store, we can offer an exchange or store credit only (this is because you’ve seen the watch in person and had the opportunity to try it on). If you're buying the watch as a gift, please let us know and we will add a note to your order.

Personalised case back engraving is non-refundable - you can still return or exchange your watch, but the engraving price will be deducted from the refund or exchange value.

We recommend checking the measurements of our t-shirts on our size guide before placing your order, you can also check them here

If your t-shirt is faulty, we can offer an exchange or a refund. In this circumstance, please email us within 30 days of placing your order, with a photograph of the problem, as well as your order number.

We do not cover return shipping costs for unwanted items from outside the UK.

We will ensure that you receive your refund within one week of receiving the returned watch back from you. Before returning your watch please send an email to info@mrjoneswatches.com to notify us of your intention.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return your watch for an exchange

We are happy to exchange unworn watches.

Fastening the watch will cause damage to the leather. If this is the case, we charge for the watch strap (or we can put the worn strap on the exchanged watch for free).

Please email us directly if you think your watch is faulty.

Return your watch for a refund

To return for a full refund, you have 30 days if purchased online. After this time we can offer an exchange if your watch hasn’t been worn.

If you purchased your watch in-store, we can offer an exchange or store credit only. This is because you’ve seen the watch in person and had the opportunity to try it on. Please let us know if you’re purchasing as a gift.

NB please include a short note describing the issue with the watch and your contact details.

EU and International returns

Please send the watch to this address:

Mr Jones Watches (repairs)

Ensure the watch is securely wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it in transit.

Please include a note stating:

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file which is downloaded and stored on your computer or mobile device by websites that you visit. Your browser accesses the cookie file only when you visit the website that produced it.

This helps to ease your navigation by automatically logging you in and remembering things like your preferences and what’s in your shopping basket.

The information stored within any given cookie can only be accessed by the website that created it and cookies are limited to communicating only the information that you have disclosed to the site.

Types of cookie:

Session (or Transient) Cookies

Session cookies are stored in your computer’s memory for the length of your browsing session. They become inaccessible after the session has been inactive for a time and are automatically deleted from your computer when the browser is closed. They allow you to move from page to page without having to log-in repeatedly.

Persistent (or permanent) Cookies Persistent cookies are stored in your computer memory and are not deleted when the browser is closed. They are used to keep your preferences for the website, so they will be remembered for next time you visit the website. They are also used to collect information about the numbers of visitors, the average time spent on a particular page and analyse shopping behaviour on the website. This information is used to find out how well the website works and where it can be improved.

Flash Cookies (or Locally Shared Objects)

You probably have Adobe Flash installed on your computer. Websites that contain Flash can also store small files on your computer that are used in the same way as cookies. Flash cookies can also back up the data that is stored in other cookies. When you delete cookies, your Flash cookies are not affected. So a website may still recognise you if it backed up the deleted cookie information on a Flash cookie.
