We're a small business, and occassionally we do mistakes, but when this happens we own it - and we do our best to make things right.

Responsible

We're working hard to be kinder to our planet.

Our packaging and shipping providers packaging is 100% recyclable.

We use a card shredder in our workshop to create the void fill paper from our own waste cardboard - minimising our own wastage.

Details:

  • Fedex boxes are 100% recyclable av. 40% is made of recycled cardboard.
  • DPD and DHL postal outers are 100% recyclable and procured from an ISO:14001 certified supplier (uses an environmental management system).
  • DHL bags are made of at least 60% recycled plastic and 100% recyclable.
  • DPD bags are at least 80% reclaimed material and they're 100% recyclable.

Repairs for life

We want you to continue enjoying your watch long after purchase, which is why we offer free battery replacements in store and low price repairs for life.

Any faulty watches are either used for donor parts for repairs, or repaired and re-used.

We also have a range of 'imperfect' watches available in our store, these are fully working watches, using slightly imperfect components that would otherwise have been disposed of. These ensure minimal wastage of materials and offer you a lower priced alternative.
