Journey through a vast timeless landscape, with this limited edition watch.

Designed by artist and printmaker Paul Wardski, Silver Moon Over Cuillin Skye invites you to experience nature’s quiet but relentless passage of time, not just a sequence of hours and minutes.

This watch was sprayed, printed, gilded and assembled in our London workshop by our talented team. The sun is gilded with 23.5 carat gold and the moon with shimmering palladium.

How to read the time

The crescent shape on the dial represents 12 hours.

The golden sun displays the time from 6am through to 6pm. After 6pm the sun sets and the silver moon rises on the opposite side. The moon represents the hours from 6pm through to 6am.

The minutes run in a regular fashion - i.e. one complete revolution every 60 minutes: the position of the lead eagle aligns with the minute.

Limited edition

This watch is available exclusively from Mr Jones Watches website for 24 hours (until Thursday 3rd July, 8am BST) in a numbered limited edition.

When you purchase, you will be assigned an edition number and this will be engraved on your watch case back.

Size guide
37mm medium/unisex size watch

“A few years ago, I went to Skye, intending to capture some of the landscapes for a screen print series.

The Isle of Skye moved me in a way few places ever have - its raw, untamed beauty, where mountains fall into the sea, and mist weaves through ancient glens felt timeless.

Standing amongst the jagged Cuillin peaks and gazing across the windswept moors, I was struck by a sense of enduring rhythm, of nature’s quiet but relentless passage of time.

The feeling I had on Skye is what I want to evoke in this watch - a sense that there is more than just hours and minutes- a landscape is shaped over millennia.

The weathered textures, shifting light, and deep blues and greys of Skye’s skies informed the colour palette. The moon became this huge celestial beacon, watching the shifting light rise over the Quiraing.

To me, this piece is a tribute to a landscape where time slows down and every moment feels eternal."
