How we customise your watches

Have you ever considered customisation for your watch? In the latest episode of our YouTube series, “In conversation with Crispin Jones” we sat down with Crispin and our Customer Service Assistant, Sofia to discuss the customisation process.

Whether you’re looking for a metal, leather or colourful strap we have you covered. We have 14 straps to choose from with an option to preview all the strap designs paired with your chosen watch. 

The straps are easily changed by hand using a spring bar tool making it simple to switch up your watch strap. You can check out a tutorial on how to change your watch strap here. 

 

Our wide selection of straps means there’s a variety of combinations that can be made. At the moment our most popular combination is The Promise of Happiness with the black leather strap with green stitch. 

 

If you’re looking to add a personal touch to your watch, we offer engraving which is all done in our workshop, the message can be added to the metal case back instead of the standard artwork. We prepare the message and the laser engraver adds it to the design in just a few seconds. 

 

Some of our most popular engravings are anniversary’s, birthdays and quotes but you can make your message as personal as you like! Our engraving is also perfect for gifting to add a sentimental touch.
