Inspired by the adventures of Phileas Fogg in “Around the world in 80 days” (or "Tour Du Monde en 80 Jours" in the original French). Two modes of transport mark the time around a central globe. The position of the ship indicates the hours and the balloon the minutes. The constant motion around the world creates an ever changing picture on the watch face.
Tour Du Monde was designed for us by award winning designer and illustrator Fanny Shorter. She produced two designs for us inspired by the adventure stories of Jules Verne - Tour Du Monde and Vingt Mille. She created the original artwork in pen and ink and we reduced it down to the micro scale of the watch face.
