Wristwatches are delicate little machines and sometimes things go wrong. We pride ourselves on being able to repair any of the watches that we have produced. We maintain an archive of spare parts from all the models we have ever produced (and if we need to we could always remanufacture a part to get a watch back in working order).
Overseas repair? Not a problem - we have repaired customer's watches from all over the world. We turn around repairs extremely quickly, so in the unlikely event that you'll need to make use of our repairs service you won't be without your watch for too long.
All of our watches are covered by a 12 months guarantee from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers the functional aspects of the watch (i.e. that it runs correctly and keeps time). The guarantee does not cover accidental damage (like dropping your watch and cracking the glass), however details of our accidental damage service are below.
Dropped your watch? Don't worry, we can fix it! We can repair or replace all of the components in the watch. Please see details below for instructions to return your watch.
If your watch develops a problem outside of the 12 month guarantee then we will be happy to repair it for a small charge. If you would like a repair quote before returning your watch, please contact us at email@example.com
To return your watch for a refund or exchange, please send it back to us here:
Mr Jones Design
Unit 1.11 Oxo Tower Wharf
London SE1 9PH
Checklist for the watch return:
• ensure the watch is securely wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it in transit
• please include a detailed description of the reason for return / fault with the watch
• remember to include your name, email address and return delivery address, so we know where to send the refund / exchange
If you are sending from outside the EU, you will have to fill in a Customs Declaration form (usually a CN22). Please write in the description field "wristwatch, return for factory repair, no commercial value." This is essential otherwise an import duty will be levied which you will be liable for (there is no way for us to reclaim this charge).
Once we receive the watch back here, we’ll keep you updated with the progress of the repair.
