Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day, provided the order is received by 2pm (GMT). 

If the order is placed after 2pm, it will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped on Monday. Please note, during busy sale periods dispatch may take a little longer, we will inform you if this is the case.

All watch orders are sent on a tracked service, you will receive your unique tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

UK Orders

Orders from within the UK are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery which will require a signature and arrive before 1pm, the following working day.

International Orders

Orders outside the UK are shipped either by Royal Mail International Signed For or FedEx International Priority. Both services require a signature from the recipient upon delivery, and are fully insured. 

International Signed For is equivalent to EMS (Enhanced Mail Service) and delivery takes from 3 working days (to the USA delivery is from five working days). You can track the progress of your watch using the tracking number on your domestic postal service carrier's website. Look for the section labelled 'Track & Trace”.

These delivery times are a guide based on the Royal Mail terms of service, watches may, in some unusual cases take up to 28 days to arrive. Watches cannot be declared lost until they have been undelivered for over 28 days (at which point we can either refund an order or dispatch a replacement).

Returns and exchanges

You can return your Mr Jones Watch within 30 days of ordering it and, provided it is in the original unworn condition and in its original packaging, we will provide you with a full refund for the watch or exchange up to the same value (although you will be liable for all postal charges). 

By "original unworn condition" we mean that the leather strap cannot have been fastened. The leather is permanently marked if the strap is fastened and this means that we must replace the strap before we can retail the watch, so we will deduct the cost of a replacement strap (£10) from your refund. 

We will ensure that you receive your refund within one week of receiving the returned watch back from you. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ensure the watch is securely wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it in transit.

Please remember to include 

  • A detailed description of the reason for return / fault with the watch
  • Your name, email address and order number 
  • A return address (if applicable)

If you are sending from outside the EU

You will have to fill in a Customs Declaration form (usually a CN22). 

Please write in the description field "wristwatch, return for factory repair, no commercial value." This is essential otherwise an import duty will be levied which you will be liable for (there is no way for us to reclaim this charge).

We recommend sending your watch back on a tracked postal service.

Once we receive the watch back, we’ll inform you by email.
