During this uncertain time, we wanted to let you know that our small team are all well and safe.
We have divided up all our components and tools and are continuing with work from home or, where that’s impossible due to the equipment involved, from our workshop, where the skeleton team is operating in shifts and working individually.
In line with government guidelines, we have closed out shop in the Oxo Tower, however we are still very much open for online business.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within one working day as usual, however there may be occasions in the future where there is a slight delay in dispatching your order and we thank you for your patience.
During this time, we will no longer be able to accept watches for repair, however all 12 month warranties will be extended until we re-open, and repair requests that are submitted now will be dealt with in order once we’re able to take this work back on.
We are temporarily no longer able to ship watch straps (ordered separately to watches), clocks and bags outside of the UK. You can still order replacement straps, however please expect a delay, as we will not be able to ship them until restrictions have been lifted.
As I’m sure many of you are aware, this is a difficult time for all small businesses, but our main priority is keeping our team and customers safe.
We would also like to thank you for all of your continued support and for all the kind messages during this difficult time.
